Just today, "KolymaVPN" was announced and released on thekuzzy.win's /tech/ board.
It is a VPN that has 16 locations, from countries like Sweden, to the Marshall Islands and Lesotho. Unlike Tuxler, it does not turn your home IP into a location.
It currently only has a build for Chromium browsers.
